Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026. This policy explains what personal data ArneIron collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can control it. It covers the website arneiron.net, the ArneIron account portal and AI site-editing service, and ArneIron’s social publishing tool at postiz.arneiron.net, including its use of YouTube API Services.

Who we are

ArneIron (“we”, “us”) operates arneiron.net and the services described here. For any privacy question or request, write to support@arneiron.net.

Data we collect and why

  • Account data: your name, email address and login credentials when you create an account, so that we can run your account and contact you about it.
  • Connected-site data: the address of each WordPress site you connect, and the page content, settings and files the AI agent reads or changes when you ask it to. We use this only to carry out your requests and to keep an undo history.
  • Billing data: your balance, top-ups and per-request usage. Card payments go through Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, requested URL, time). We keep these for security and troubleshooting.
  • Messages you send us: contact-form and support emails, which we use to answer you.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work: the login session, the shopping cart and checkout, and your chosen language. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who processes data for us

Our servers are dedicated machines in the European Union (Scaleway, Amsterdam). Stripe processes card payments. When you ask the AI agent to edit your site, the text of your request and the relevant parts of your site are sent to an AI model provider to produce the change. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

YouTube API Services

ArneIron’s social publishing tool at postiz.arneiron.net uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to YouTube channels that their owners have connected to it. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access

When you sign in with Google and grant access, the tool receives:

  • your basic Google profile (name, email address and profile picture), so that it can identify the connected account;
  • the ID, name and avatar of your YouTube channel, so that it can show which channel a post goes to;
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens, so that it can upload videos and set their title, description, tags, thumbnail and privacy status on your behalf;
  • basic statistics for the videos it published (for example views and likes), where you request them.

How we use it

We use this data only to publish and schedule the videos you choose, and to show their status and statistics to you. We do not use YouTube data for advertising. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties or use it to train AI models. Only you and the ArneIron operators who run the tool can see it.

How we store it

Tokens and channel details are kept in the tool’s database on our EU servers, which are reachable only over encrypted connections. We keep them while the channel stays connected. When you disconnect the channel or revoke access, we stop using the tokens. Stored tokens and channel data are deleted within 30 days of your request to support@arneiron.net. Videos already published to YouTube stay on YouTube until you remove them there.

How to revoke access

You can revoke the tool’s access to your Google account and YouTube channel at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. You can also disconnect the channel inside the tool, or ask us to do it.

How long we keep data

We keep account and connected-site data while your account is active. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted. YouTube data is kept as described above.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or move it to another provider. You can also object to how we process it. Write to support@arneiron.net. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will also tell account holders by email.
